Hey hey 👋 I've been playing DND for for a year and a half, I have to say I LOVE IT! its gotten me into painting minis too! I'm looking to find OR make a group that wanna play and laugh their hearts out. I work weird shifts, study and volunteer so can't commit to the same day each week. BUT! I'm organised so I can plan up to 4 weeks of sessions at once!. I have a couple people interested already so looking for a couple for and someone who would like to DM with either the official books or a homebrew. Mainly looking for people who love D&D and are looking for a friendship locally for the occasional meetup for food, drink or just laughter! 😁 I have tried Dice and Dumplings & Board in the city however the groups are already formed which is amazing for them however for people who are looking to find a new game / story there is no place for this to be easily searched in discord, Facebook, table top finder or Google. So here I am! Come say hi! I don't bite 🤙 Im short "Hey there, I hope your well and we can become great friends inside and out of the magical world of Dungeons & Dragons".

My main literary passions are crime, psychological thrillers, character driven novels and social justice. I also do like to dip into the classics and a smattering of Gothic. After realising my attention span is shrinking and I spend too much time on my phone, I've started to read a lot more and I haven't looked back since! I'd love to share the experience of reading with other people and see different perspectives. I just moved to Southampton, I don't really know anyone and I think a book group would be a great start for me to meet new people. I'm interested in reading many different types of books, especially ones that move me.

I'd like to meet up with other readers reasonably locally. My passion is social justice so I appreciate any novel tackling these issues e.g. The Women by Kristin Hannah. But also love reading crime and psychological thrillers. More commercial than literary. Favourite authors Lianne Moriarty, Clare Macintosh, Robert Galbraith Strike series, Elly Griffiths Ruth Galloway series. I'm also a writer and run a writing group in Dibden Purlieu.
