I am newly arrived in Fleet Hampshire and would love to join a bookclub to meet people. I mostly enjoy reading fantasy and romance, but also occasionally like murder mystery (as long as they are not too scary lol) :)

I’m an avid reader and think it would be good to discuss books and make new friends. I live in Church Crookham and know there is a group that meets in Crookham Village. I would like to know what age range attend the meetings as I’m in my 70s.

I've been running a homebrewed 5e campaign for my friends for the past year and want to get ahead of breaking the forever DM curse, looking to be a player in 5e campaigns/Oneshots (I will not be backseat DMing, whatever the DM says is what goes, I respect the work put in having done it myself!), up for silly and/or serious feels, can do various accents to a (barely) acceptable standard!

Hello! I have a lot of experience as a player and have dabbled in DMing (though only for a few one shots), I am looking to play dnd but I am open to learning new systems and playing new games! Roleplay and Puzzle solving are things I enjoy most about playing but I do love a challenging combat too. I enjoy taking notes during my campaigns too! Though the do look a touch crazed and silly...

My name is Vernon Barnes. Why a book group? To discuss books with people with similar outlooks. I like most fiction, especially British 19th century, but joining a book club will help broaden my range of 20th c. reading.

Looking for a D&D group playing the 5e rules! Relatively new but I have some experience with a campaign and one shots. I’d love to do a campaign with an experienced DM. I’m currently playing Dragons of Stomwreck Isle with a group of brand new players every other week which feels quite broken up. I’d love to be part of a group that is up for really up for immersing in the role play!

I am looking to play more D&D online or in person. I have been playing for a while as both a player and DM. Lately, I've been playing with a group that meet every other week. Mostly online, sometimes in person. It is not enough. The time in between sessions is too long and gets worse when a session gets cancelled. So, looking to join a game to help fill the gaps and meeting new friends.

I love reading and I love books but have lost my way to the digital tsunami! I'd love to find my love of reading again and meet people who feel the same and perhaps even be a bit sociable in the process 😁
