Hey hey! 31M player here, really been getting into D&D over the past few months, currently playing in a 5.5e campaign but with each session being every 4-8 weeks it really isn't scratching that itch (I can also adjust to 5e!) Currently based around Wigan&Leigh area, but can drive out to the city centre or other places within reason - ideally looking to form/join a group and start on a campaign with people that can play a bit more frequently

Fairly new to D&D, got into it watching things that appeared on YouTube shorts/TikTok and all of a sudden sparked a huge interest. Little experience although I have played a few different characters now and I'm learning as I go! Looking for either in person or virtual games in an evening due to other commitments during the day.

My 13 yo daughter is trying to find her people! She wants to learn D&D and Warhammer and find people who have interests the same as her. She has never played these games before so is a complete newbie. She currently paints Warhammer figures and is the only experience she has with the game.

Got some of the gear but no idea but looking to start into the world of TTRPG its been something that ive been wanting to get into for years but now ive taken the steps to do what ive always want to try and if anyone is wanting to help a complete novice I would appreciate the help and guidance. I work full-time over 4 night and I know it going to be difficult for me to find a local group in Atherton Leigh or Bolton that can fit within my constraints but here's hoping to finding something

Hi, I'm Liam(40), Hindley based. I haven't played in a while but looking to join a new group for some D&D adventures, online or in Person. Experience in playing 5e, some pathfinder and Alien. Open and happy to try anything new, even boardgames. Hoping to scratch that nerdy itch that has been pestering me for some time, and maybe even make some friends along the way!

I've been playing online for a few years now, including DMing my own campaign, I'm interested in getting a group to DM for in person (or to play myself)

Hi, my name is Alice, I'm 31 and have always wanted to play DnD. I love roleplaying videogames and am a hobby writer so any kind is fine with me while I'm still learning. Into the regular nerdy stuff, sci fi, cyberpunk + naturepunk are my favourites, fantasy setting is also fine if it's interesting enough! Cheers :)

Played lots of D&D, some 2e, a good chunk of 5e. I'd like to get into a group for playing more of this regularly. Regarding group/gameplay style, something fun, not overly serious, and not overly meme-y. I have other experience too though. world of darkness, vampire the requiem. Rogue Trader. Ryuutama Burning wheel

Gaming group
Established in July 2003, a small group of gaming friends had a lack of space, thus the search began for a new venue. Not long after, the St.Aidan's 27th Scouts from Winstanley, Wigan, generously allowed them to utilize their scout hall, giving birth to the Wigan Wargames Club. After a renovation in 2007, the now spaciously provides 6 four-by-six-feet tables, a kitchen, toilets, and also an entertainment system. The club has prospered over the years; with members ranging anywhere from 12 to 50, the atmosphere has always been kept very relaxed.
