I’m a mum to tweens, wife to a Freemason so he is off out multiple times a week. I’m a late diagnosed Audhd which came alongside a C-PTSD diagnosis too. I’m estranged from my family by choice which also included 3 sisters who I do miss dearly. I’m lonely. Being late diagnosed I don’t have any friends as they all fizzled out over the years. I’m comfortable with being alone but now and again knowing that my boys will fly the nest at some stage, I do need some company from other humans at some point. I thought this could be a gentle foot in the door. I’m currently reading The Castle by Jon Ronson which is the first of his books I have read but will definitely be getting more of his. I’m open to most reads and love getting lost in books.

Seeking a book club
I'm female, aged 66, shortly (hopefully) moving into Whitehill. I'm a keen reader, almost exclusively fiction - crime, historical, "stories". I belong to a Book Club where I live now and would love to be a part of a book club after the move, which I hope will be either October or November, but haven't found one close by - yet.
