They meet at Belfairs Woods Car Park, Belfairs Hub car park, and Chalkwell Avenue Shelter: car parking area. Runs are usually on Friday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Tuesday. Sessions cater for get me started, challenge me, all levels, and keep me going runners. Distances: 5 - 10k, 10k+, and 0 - 5k.
