Looking to make new friends in the area. I already read a lot so would be nice to combine the two. Typically read murder mystery with some fiction books spattered in but would like to expand my horizons.

Seeking a book club
I am 40 years old and a big reader, I studied writing at uni and still dabble a bit when I can find the time. I read every day and enjoy many different genres, from Haruki Murakami to Stephen King. I would like to join a book club to have discussions with people who also love books and hopefully make some friends locally.

The Silligars Bookgroup meets every month at Silver End Library, which is run by Essex County Council Libraries. The library is located in the village hall on The Broadway in Silver End, Essex.
