Santa Monica Dungeons & Dragons Meetup
Gaming group
NicLocale AtlithCamille DreyerMC Istvan This group is for everyone, from beginner to experienced players, who is interested in playing Dungeons and Dragons. We originally created this for people living in and around Santa Monica, but now that we are all playing remotely, it is available to anyone, anywhere. We would be particularly interested to hear from those running or playing in online campaigns, so please share what tips and tricks you have. We have held two events in the past, one in August and one in February with 4 and 6 attendees respectively. The group is run by Nicola and one other, and currently has 115 members.

The announcement has been made that all spaces for the Dungeons & Dragons 5e campaign have been filled. Participants need to come prepared with their own dice, character sheets, and materials for taking notes. There may also be the opportunity to have an online session, providing accommodations for those unable to come on an announced day. We anticipate meeting at BGE's Tabletop Games in West Hills at 11am Sunday. It is important to create characters suitable for a frozen wasteland (Icewindale: Rime of the Frostmaiden). We are looking for a minimum of two people (besides the DM, who has limited experience), and the organizer is 18 years old. There will be multiple events that follow in the weeks to come.
