Rachel (Glastonbury)

Seeking a book club

I've been a big reader for as long as I can remember but have got into a bit of a reading rut and would like to start reading a wider variety of genres. My go tos tend to be fantasy, historical and a splattering of pop science.

Jonny (Yeovil)

Seeking a gaming group

I'm 39, in Shepton Beauchamp, recently moved to the area. I'm into modern board gaming, not so much TTRPG's and DnD (though I've never really tried!) Had a great group in Cornwall and would love to find some similar easy going people to game with again.

Emily (Bridgwater)

Seeking a book club

Hi there! (Bridgwater based) I’m an avid reader who’s always got a book on the go! Love an easy read as long as it grips me in the first 1/3! Live for a sports romance, cowboy romance, small town romance and will dabble in a mafia romance too as long as it’s not too scary! Horror/thriller is a big no go very much a scaredy cat!! Favourite troupes are marriage of convenience or single parent vibes but will go beyond especially if they’re part of a series! Will reread if I so much as think of a scene that happened in a book I’ve read I just can’t help but want that feeling again :D Current authors on repeat are JJ Mulder, Eden Finley, Lulu Moore! Kindle Unlimited is the best £8.50 I spend every month, but I can’t help but to buy the physical copy’s too! Shopping for books followed by a coffee and a cake in a little cafe if very much my vibe <3 Need someone to chat with get recs from who get the level of excitement I experience when I reach 80% and the break up/ get back together stage is happening!

The whole windy city series is great don’t get me wrong but this book just hits different! In most romance books the MMC is what we all strive for, but all book boyfriends are knocked out of the park by Ryan Shay honestly perfection! Sincerely a girl who has read literally 100’s of romance books and will constantly compare all men to Mr Ryan Shay he’s just happiness and care and kindness personified! Get ready to swoon!

Laura (Weston-super-Mare)

Seeking a book club

Hello! I’m looking to get into reading, I’d like to either join a sapphic or queer book club that meets up maybe once a week or get a friend who would meet up at a cafe with me and read together! Im currently looking for a good fantasy lesbian romance to read but I'm down to read anything so any recommendations are welcome!

Played a lot many years ago and keen to start again. Experienced in Warhammer and the less well known 80s systems Dragon Warriors and Maelstrom, but willing to give most systems a try. Happy to GM, but would prefer to be a player.

I'm new to DND and I'm really eager to get stuck in. I sort of know the general gist of how to play from watching campaigns.

Meg (Yeovil)

Seeking a book club

Taken up reading again more seriously over the last few years after reading the ‘Marple’ 12 short stories inspired by Agatha Christie’s Miss Marple. I’ve since read almost all the Miss Marple books, and also enjoyed archaeology and history related novels, books with a dystopian twist or thought provoking message, detective fiction and those with a strong female lead/feminist theme.
