Hello, my name is Liam, 29, He/Him, and I am relatively new to playing DND in the grand scheme of things. I have played in one full campaign at drama school that lasted 2 and a half years, and I fell in love with the game. I love roleplay and discovering other players' characters, discovering a cool world, and really feeling a part of that. I have DM'd a few of my own short campaigns, too, but I would like to get back to playing. My favourite system is dnd 5e, as I am most familiar with it, but I do not mind learning other systems.

I have recently moved to South London, am in my early 30s and would really like to meet new people. I've always loved reading and will happily read most genres, although I do tend to prefer fiction and would really like to join a book club.

I very recently got into reading but find I love Sci-Fi and Fantasy genres a lot! Those and LITRPGs, although I don't know if that counts as a subcategory of one of the others. It would be really cool to meet people with similar interests and hopefully some great new recommendations.

Over 5 years of experience, mostly in unisystem, Vampire the Masquerade v5, and smaller indie games. A little knowledge with base 5e and the latest D&D edition, big BG3 fan! Typically a player, but willing to step into a GM role for systems I'm familiar with :)

I am interested in a monthly book group. Quite like the idea of one that meets in a pub! I have always been in book groups and looking for one again so I read all sorts of different things with a much needed deadline.

Londoner based in Camberwell. I read across genres but I'm drawn to epic fantasy, crime fiction, and non-fiction that gets into how people and systems actually work. Currently deep in a fantasy series that's now 19 books and counting. Previously: Mistborn, Gentleman Bastard, Sandman, and a lot of Robert Greene. I'm joining a book club for the conversation as much as the reading. I tend to read alone and fast, but talking through a book with people who've sat with the same pages is a different experience entirely. I'd also like to be pushed toward literary fiction I wouldn't naturally reach for. Monthly meetings suit my schedule. I show up prepared.
