Moonriser (South East London)
Seeking a book club
I have a broad range of books I like to read. For fiction, I really enjoy magical realism. However I just love a well written narrative and will read most works as long as they capture my imagination. For non-fiction, I love science, history, philosophy and anything about why people are who they are. I am based in South East London and would love to find fellow bookish and curious people to meet and read with and to pick apart our thoughts on books. Would love to find my reading kin! Amongst my favourite books are Half of a Yellow Sun - Chimamanda Ngozi Adichi One Hundred Years of Solitude - Gabriel García Márquez The Psychopath Test- Jon Ronson Mythos - Stephen Fry Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind -Yuval Noah Harari

Inspyre Book Club
Book club
The Inspyre Book Club is a relaxed community reading group. We choose a book, and then people come together to talk about it over conversation, tea, and shared reflection. It’s less about analysing the book like a classroom and more about hearing different perspectives and enjoying thoughtful discussion with others who love stories.

Early 30s, have historically read a lot of genre fiction (SFF, mystery, some romance), also trying now to add some amount of both recent and classic literary fiction to my reading diet. Looking to find new books to read (both in and out of my traditional comfort zone) and have interesting conversations about them.

26y (M) I've been playing TTRPGs off and on for about 7 years now, started with D&D 5e, but have since branched out and played Cyberpunk, Warhammer Fantasy, and the various 40k RPGs. Happy to join a game in any of those system and settings! I'm based in South East London but I'm pretty central and happy to travel for sessions.

Sebastian
Seeking a gaming group
Hello! I'm Sebastian 32m and I'm looking to join a group of fellow D&D players for a campaign. I'm relatively new to D&D but I've played a few one off games before and have watched D&D online and have played Builders Gate 3, so I have a good understanding of the mechanics. Happy to play with anyone and everyone, and make some friends along the way! I can travel to most parts of London and m free most evenings during the week.

I love hearing other people's different takes on a book and how that leads to interesting conversations and sharing of thoughts, feelings and ideas. Looking for more of that and the social and intellectual buzz that comes with it.

I don’t have much dnd experience (I’ve only played half a campaign), but I’m super interested in playing more, and I’ve seen enough d20 to understand the rules and how to roleplay.

I used be part of a book club in Malta and miss the social aspects of it and the encouragement it gave me to read more. I'm new to Croydon so it would be nice to meet people and be part of a local book club.
