My partner and I (28m, 28m) are looking for a gaming group/players. We are interested in BRP Chaosium games, specifically Pendragon RPG and Runequest. Also curious about Time Without Tide. I would be happy to GM or be a player depending on interest. We are also into board games. I am looking to join a group that plays one of the following: Dungeons and Dragons (version 3.5), Star Wars RPG published by Wizards of the Coast (from around 2008/2012), World of Darkness: Werewolf (from around the same time), or the original version of The One Ring (LOTR/Hobbit) rpg published around 2014. It has been a while since I played a table top rpg, but I enjoyed playing DnD, and Star Wars while at uni in 2008/2011, and I have (some) but not all of the guide books for these games.

We're a couple (F30 & M29) who are really keen to finally experience D&D firsthand. Over the years, we've absorbed a lot of the lore and the general idea of how the game works through podcasts, videos, and just general interest. Now, we're at the point where we're excited to actually sit down and play! Since we're new to playing, we're pretty open to any type of game. We're eager to learn the ropes and experience different styles of play. Whether it's a classic fantasy adventure, something more intrigue-focused, or even something a bit darker, we're up for giving it a go. We're really just looking for a welcoming and patient group to guide us through our first proper D&D experience and help us discover the magic of playing. We're both enthusiastic and ready to immerse ourselves in a new world!
