I (M21) have never played DnD before and I would like to get started with a group hopefully near me in person. I don't mind doing online games too. Ideally during the day before 3PM if possible too

Seeking a gaming group
I really want to run/join a campaign that's all about collaborative storytelling rather than rules and mechanics. I love podcasts like Worlds Beyond Number where they're basically making up a fantasy novel as they go along, and they only roll dice to help them decide what happens next. Anyone else into that style of game?

I'm mostly looking for easy reads, not necessarily to be "challenged" - life is challenging enough. I quite like thrillers and crime, but not averse to reading funny or spooky things too.
