I’m 22 and live in Poole. My absolute favourite book genres are fantasy and romance but I also love classics and mysteries. I also love special edition books and spend way too much in order to have a pretty bookshelf. I would love some book friends to meet and swap recommendations with!

Phil (Christchurch)

Seeking a gaming group

Veteran wargamer looking for gamers in the local area. My current focus is the World of Tanks Miniatures Game, Flames of War, AoS and boxed games like Hero Quest. Keen to get playing Carnevale and give games like Horus Heresy and Legions Imperialis a go. I’ve got the new version of Star Trek Adventures but I’ve barely scratched the surface with that. I’ve also got a fair bit of X Wing stuff, Battlefleet Gothic and Mordheim which would be nice to dust off

Dave G (Poole)

Seeking a book club

I used to be a keen reader but in recent years I have lapsed and spend time scrolling on my IPad. I would love to read more frequently and feel being part of a book club would help to ensure I read at least a book a month!

Guilherme Levy Costa Cruz (Bournemouth)

I love literary fiction, philosophy, theology but also love a good laugh about silly stupid things and love to write though I hardly do it as often as I want to. I know, such is the stereotype.

Demi (Poole)

Seeking a book club

Hi, I'm Demi, I'm 31 and always loved reading but haven't had as much time to indulge. I like a lot of different genres but tend to read more fantasy, romantasy, and the occasional spicy romance novels. I only have a small group of friends that don't really read as much or don't read the same books I do. I'm hoping to find some like minded people to chat with about books, perhaps even expand my social circle a little as well!

Ever since I read this it has stuck with me. I love the unique spin on the narrator and the story following a little girl displaced to a little town in Germany during the world war. This is one of the few books that made me cry, it was so well written. I actually lost my first paperback and recently spotted it in store again and had to rebuy it for my bookshelf.
