Hey I'm Annie, I teach swimming and I love reading in my evenings after work. I enjoy many things & I'm looking to meet friendly easy going people to have a chat about books. Annie

I am a newly retired social worker and leadership coach and have always been an avid reader. I love conversation and am always open to learning and growing so want to join a club where I can discuss books and ideas. I’m also new to this area so want to meet other local people who love books!

I love reading fantasy, sci-fi, drama and soft crime. I enjoy retellings of myths and cosy books. Would love a book club without too much pressure, read your own book and then socialise.

I’m retired and haven’t been in a book club before. I enjoy factual, political, documentary, sociological, British novels, popular scientific, thriller. Less so historical, fantasy, horror. I’m sure one gets more out of reading if comparing the experience with others.
