I like to read books on self help, religion, spirituality. Currently reading 'How to read a book' by Mortimer J Adler (1940's edition). I didn't learn to read properly/hated reading at school. It sings songs and harmonies drawn from a range of sources in an improved acoustic space with disabled access. Sessions run on Mondays from 2pm to 4pm during term time.

Breathe in, Sing Out runs two choir groups for people with long-term lung conditions in the Forest of Dean or Gloucestershire. One meets in person at Lydney Community Centre on Thursdays from 2 pm to 3 pm, and the other meets online on Thursdays from 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
