Eve

Seeking a book club

I am a 23 year old huge bookworm looking to meet new friends who share the same interests! I love fantasy and romance books in particular as well as films & tv shows.

Eve recommends:

Once Upon a Broken Heart by Stephanie Garber
Once Upon a Broken Heart

I bought this book and didn’t read it for a year, what a HUGE mistake that was!! This book is apart of my favorite series of all time, a fantasy adventure lead by main character Evangeline who makes a deal with the Prince of broken hearts. Absolutely adored the series and it’s my first recommendation to anyone who loves to read a good adventure <3

Cee T

Seeking a book club

I'm hoping to connect with people who enjoy reading. I read a range of genre including chick lit, historical fiction, period drama, women's fiction, post war sagas, novels etc not horror, sci fi or fantasy. A book retreat would be great...

Kaiyah-Ellise

Seeking a book club

I read a bit of everything, at the moment I'm really into my psychological thrillers and horror (e.g. Stephen King, Freida McFadden) but I really will try a bit of everything. I was looking for a book club so I have people to talk to about the books I'm reading :)

Seeking a book club

Am looking for a local book club if possible. I am generally a casual reader but have upped my game recently and want to keep up the momentum. Tend to pick more fantasy books but am open to other genres.

Sedgley Library Family Reading Group

Book club

Each third Saturday of the month from 11:15 to 12:15, we hold a family group gathering at Sedgley Library run by Jacqueline Bayliss. We accommodate members from 4-9 years old, with a parent, carer, grandparent, or, in some cases, all family members from 3 different generations. At our meetings, we discuss the books read the previous month, make a craft project, and choose a new book to take home. All the books are related by a theme, but the selection caters to the different age ranges. Our latest theme is the Kate Greenaway Prize. If you'd like more information, don't hesitate to call Sedgley Library at 01384 812790 or visit our website at www.dudley.gov.uk/libraries. At our location, Ladies Walk, Sedgley, West Midlands, DY3 3UA, we are accepting new members.
