Falkirk Disco Joggers

Running

Falkirk Disco Joggers meets at the Kelpies in Falkirk on Friday or Saturday evenings for a social run with music and lights. It is open to runners of all ages and abilities, with a maximum distance of 5K at an easy pace of around 7 to 8 minutes per kilometre, taking about 35 minutes. Joining is free.

Falkirk parkrun is a free, weekly, community 5k at Callendar Park, Falkirk, every Saturday morning. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate - everyone is welcome, whatever their pace.
