I'm 21m and would like to play some board games. Preferably D&D, although I've never tried it before, but I'm open for other suggestions :)

I've been playing D&D since Advanced Dungeons and Dragons (that's basically D&D 2e). I'm looking to join a campaign where everyone uses a camera (whether streamed or not) and with heavy role-playing (Critical Role style with a lot of in-character interaction between players and DM, accents/mannerisms etc). I enjoy combat and exploration too, but all story-driven. I tend toward magic users and other dex-based characters (have usually played wizards, sorcerers, clerics and rangers) but could also explore something completely different if needed (like a Warlock or Bard). I think a DM does lead the game but otherwise is a fellow player and players need to make sure the DM has a good time too. It's not the DM's responsibility to make sure everybody else has a great time or DM vs players; we play together, with the DM, creating stories. If you have or know of any campaign where I could be a great fit, please get in touch with me! 😀

I played D&D when it first came out in the 70s and continued into the 80s, but not since. I would like to find any local players/club locally that play RPG games or even D&D. I'm a sIxty something lapsed RPG gamer, but still play Civilisation, Carcassonne, Setters of Catan, when ever I get a chance, which isn't often enough.

Stop by and savor some classic or newly released board games in a cozy environment while you sip on your favorite local beers or ciders. Our venue offers a varied library of current titles or you can bring your own. Keep in mind that we can't accommodate humongous board/war games, due to the limited size of our tables.
