B (Ashford (Kent))

Seeking a book club

I just moved to Ashford from Folkestone. I used to love reading as a teen and I did English Lit for university but got a bit tired of reading after that - now I am back to reading and love a range of books such classics or A Thousand Splendid Suns, Harry Potter, anything Toni Morrison, bell hooks, James Baldwin and my guilty pleasure books are fantasy romance books and mangas.

I am a massive book worm and is always up for option to read but I do have to say I am a softy and love a good romance book but also a good fantasy.

A really great start to the series - This book has it all! Strong female lead, an inner circle of found family, an enemies to lovers style romance, a world to fully immerse yourself into and the ultimate betrayal!!! Perfect for fans of A Court of Thorns and Roses and The Serpent and the Wings of Night – Aren will have you weak at the knees. A 5 star read for me!!!
