I've just moved from Suffolk to Sittingbourne. In Suffolk I belonged to a book group for a few years. We chose a book a month and read fiction, non fiction, all different genres were generally covered. I love reading books that I wouldn't necessarily have chosen. I made some good friends, another good reason to join a book group as I don't know anyone here outside of my family.

I’d love to join a book club because reading has always been a personal passion of mine, especially horror and crime novels. I enjoy the thrill of a gripping mystery, the tension of a well-crafted plot, and the satisfaction of uncovering twists and turns. Being part of a book club would give me the chance to share that excitement with others, discover new authors and titles I might not come across on my own, and push myself to read more regularly. It’s also a great way to connect with people who share a love for storytelling and suspense.

Newbie to D&D - played a couple times many years ago but felt excluded/patronised by the GM because I was a girl 😒😬 Now I’m approaching the big 4-0, I would like to try again and find a campaign I can really get stuck into with a group who don’t mind showing a newbie the ropes. Big fan of Dimension 20 and am a fairly popular fanfiction author in my little corner of the internet, so I enjoy nothing more than weaving a good tale! Looking to create some magical times with some like minded people 🧙 I am neurospicy and do have some social anxiety, but it goes away when I feel comfortable - am willing to give it a shot 🥰
