Meets at Cuxton Library on Run by Sandra Wilson Library service Cuxton readers was formed about 10 years ago, and is one of the longest running within Medway Libraries. There are 10 very regular members of the group, and another 5 who attend when they can. We are very informal, reading anything and everything, not always reading the same title; we are review group as much as a discussion group. However a title read by one or two of us quite often makes it way around the whole group, so we still get to know each other’s views. If asked what a joint favourite book have been over the last 10 years we would say, St Agnes’ Stand by Thomas Eidson. We meet at: Bush Road, Cuxton, Rochester, Kent, ME2 1EY Accepting new members

Each meeting, one member presents 3 books to us that they have either read and loved, or want to read (or even ones they've hated but would be interested to see what we think!). We then take a vote and choose the one to read. This means we all are taken out of our comfort zone and read books that we may never choose ourselves!
