Free Meditation & Yoga Derbyshire 2026 (Derby)

This Derby group runs free Sahaja Yoga meditation meetings twice a month on Saturdays from 11.00am to 12.30pm at Chellaston Library in Chellaston. Sessions include an introduction and practical activities to help people reach a meditative state. They are run by volunteers, and no mats or special clothing are needed.
