This Leamington Spa group runs a free 10-week meditation course for anyone interested in learning meditation and exploring yoga. Meetings take place on Tuesdays from 7:00pm to 8:15pm at Oddfellows Hall, 22 New Street, and people can join in at any week. The sessions include talks, practical workshops, videos and time for questions.
