Love reading - not keen on crime/thrillers/sci-fi so have never read anything from these genres. Normally stick to biographies and autobiographies or easy reading romance novels.

Hello. I am a retired support officer for older people. I am looking for a book club in Barnstaple because I love reading and would like have a more varied mix of literature in my life. It would be interesting to hear people's reactions to different books snd to be able to put forward my thoughts too.

I love reading, whenever I have a few minutes spare I have my head in a book and will give most genres a go. I like the idea of a social side to something that, whilst enjoyable, is very solitary.

I'm a 27 year old who likes to get invested in a good story. My favourite genre right now is detective fiction, though I would like to explore other genres. I also would like to meet people with who I can gain recommendations from and vice versa.
