We gather weekly at New Parks Library in Leicester for a bibliotherapy session featuring poems, short stories, and excerpts from novels. As the meeting progresses, we note an increase in our emotional wellbeing. In addition to providing companionship, the group has taken part in the Leicester Reading Festival and is looking forward to celebrating Charles Dickens' 200th birthday.
