Aston Chasers is a RunTogether running group, part of England Athletics' network of friendly group runs. They meet at Lower Car Park, Swallownest Health Centre and Laughton Village Hall Car Park. Runs are usually on Friday, Tuesday, and Sunday. Sessions cater for keep me going, all levels, get me started, and challenge me runners. Distances: 5 - 10k and 0 - 5k.
