Perny

Seeking a book club

I am new(ish) to the area, and looking to meet people with similar interests to me. I love reading, a mix of fiction and non-fiction. Usually historical non-fiction, and fiction genres are varied, but I tend to stay away from horrors or psychological thrillers! Have missed being in a book club since I moved to the north east.

A mature accordion player who also sings backing vocals is looking for a like-minded singer-guitarist to form a fast folk duo in Northallerton. The music would draw on Irish traditional influences and a broader lively folk style.
