I just love reading, as much as I can find time for. I used to work in bookshops and have spent my life around books. I read all genres but especially modern literature. Happy to try most genres (with a few exceptions!) and would love to join a book group to discuss books with others. I live in Ludlow.

I have recently moved to Ludlow. I am an56 year old man and work full time in social services. I have an English degree and have always loved reading for pleasure. I have eclectic tastes and like Colm Toibin, F Scott Fitzgerald, Thomas Hardy, Jonathan Coe and Alexei Sayle.

Seeking a book club
I like a wide variety of books, including romance, classic novels, theatre - plays and scripts, but I love anything new and different. I loved studying literature at school and university and am keen to discuss books as much as read them.
