It meets on the first Sunday of the month from 6pm to 8pm at Ledbury Baptists church hall, and welcomes adults plus accompanied teens aged 15 and over. A taster session costs £5, with a later session pass priced at £54.

They meet at Wellington Heath Memorial Village Hall and Basketball Court End, Ledbury Rec. Runs are usually on Thursday, Friday, Monday, and Tuesday. Sessions cater for get me started and keep me going runners. Distances: 5 - 10k and 0 - 5k.
