I love phycological thrillers as well as authors like Adele Parks but should make an effort to try other genres. Hopefully making some new like minded friends would be a bonus too.

Seeking a book club
Hi, I am Ann. Moved back to the island after 25 years. Am part of a book club in the UK but, as I can only send in reviews or video call into the group, I am missing the depth and breadth of discussing the books. I have always enjoyed a wide scope of genres and have no particular favourites and love the way the words on a page can impact a group of people in such a variety of ways.

World of Dragons
Gaming group
This campaign promises creative dungeons, exciting boss battles, and lots of magic items, as you and the other players follow a mysterious dragon cult, unraveling the secrets it holds. The campaign will also make use of each player's personal backstories. To fit all our schedules, the day and time of each weekly session will be decided by you, the players. It takes 3-5 more individuals aged 18 or over to join, so feel free to spread the word! Classes will be determined to avoid redundancy: no more than two of one class, one of bard or rogue. Preparing for a lengthy story, the organizer is determined to deliver the ultimate player experience.

Jersey Library Reading Group
Book club
Meets at Jersey Library on Run by Julie O'Grady Library service We are a friendly, sociable adult reading group. We choose an author rather than a particular book, therefore we have a much wider focus, and pleasantly informal and sometimes very lively discussions. Suggestions come from the group members. If, before the meeting, sufficient people decide the author is unreadable, we can change our plans - but sometimes disliking an author gives us a lot to talk about! Sharing your impressions with others and listening to someone else\'s opinion can enrich your own reading experience, so come along and join us! We meet at: Halkett Place, St Helier, Jersey, Channel islands, JE2 4WH Accepting new members Tags visually impaired
