I'm in Loftus, I'm looking to run a game of the old school variety (B/X or AD&D 1E) in an unusual setting. Style would be simulationist, so tracking torches, food, ammo and so on, with hexcrawl and open ended world. I can host, or play online.

Regular In-Person RPG Group Forming – Harrogate Looking to form a small, steady tabletop RPG group in Harrogate for a regular evening campaign (weekly or fortnightly). System is flexible — we’re primarily interested in story-driven, immersive games. Possibilities include: D&D 5e – classic fantasy adventures with heroics and character growth. Star Wars: Edge of the Empire – cinematic space adventure on the fringes of the galaxy, where choices matter and danger is always around the corner. The Witcher Role-Playing Game – gritty low fantasy full of monsters, moral dilemmas, and political intrigue. A Song of Ice and Fire Roleplaying – noble houses, shifting alliances, and high-stakes drama where loyalty and strategy matter. Conspiracy X – modern detective-style campaigns dealing with hidden alien agendas, secret conspiracies, and covert investigations. Other systems are also open for discussion — the GM has an extensive list of games they’re happy to run depending on the group. This is a friendly, no-pressure group focused on long-term, character-driven campaigns. We’re looking to start with 3–4 players, and new players are more than welcome — enthusiasm and imagination matter more than experience. If you’re curious, send us a message — you’ve got nothing to lose, and everything to imagine!

I played 8 months of a mostly weekly unfinished 5e campaign in 2019. I am a fan of live play shows, especially Dimension 20. Currently listening to NADDPod and Critical Role Campaign 4. Looking to become more familiar with the game and exercise my rusty role play. Interested in learning to DM, but too new to want to jump in at the deep end.

Seeking a gaming group
Story-driven GM with 25 years’ experience, happy to guide new players or challenge seasoned veterans. I love immersive games where choices matter and characters come alive. New to the area and looking for a group to play with in person. Happy to travel! Longer Description: I’ve been roleplaying for 25 years, mostly as a GM but also as a player, and I specialize in story-focused, "roleplay" games. I love running both one-shots and full campaigns, tailoring the experience to the group, and giving players tough choices that shape their characters and the story. I’ve GM’d a wide range of systems, including Vampire: the Masquerade, Conspiracy X, Call of Cthulhu, Blades in the Dark, 7th Sea, Shadowrun, Star Wars: Edge of the Empire, Dragon Age, DnD and many more. I enjoy both gritty and lighter tones, and I love working with brand-new players eager to learn, or grizzled veterans looking for a challenge. I prefer in-person games, ideally with 3–5 players, and I’m available most evenings and weekends. I’m looking for a group that enjoys deep storytelling, meaningful choices, and immersive roleplay, whether for a one-shot or a long campaign.

Seeking a gaming group
Hello, I'm just a guy looking to play dnd. I've been playing 5e for around 5 years online. Happy to have a chat with anyone and see if a group is willing to take me along with them. I'm more interested in trying a more light-hearted campaign at the moment but frankly I just want to start playing again.
