Sessions finish with an optional chance to chat and share progress. The group offers a safe space for writers to work on their projects, and nobody reads or critiques anyone’s writing.

The Bristol Writing Collective runs regular writing sessions in Bristol for people who want to get work done alongside others. Each meetup includes three hours of mostly quiet working time, followed by an optional chat at the end, and attendees can arrive or leave at any point during that period. Writers are asked to bring a fully charged laptop or a notebook, as charging points are not always available.
