Hello, I live in Boston and work in Coningsby. I have an online queer book club but I would like a meet in-person club to make friends. My genres are mainly sci-fi and fantasy, but I also like phycological horror and sleuth detectives.

Kate

Seeking a book club

I am a book junkie, my favourite genres are phycology, biology, fiction based in true historical events, a bit of fantasy, as long as the book is interesting I will read or listen to it. I am very passionate about reading to children, my 3 year old is spoiled every week with a trip to a local library!

Kate recommends:

The Four Winds
by Kristin Hannah | Learn more and buy
It's a heart clenching story about love, bravery, but also about our greed, ignorance and towards each other. It taught me a lot about the great depression in America, a topic that I never thought of before.

Iโ€™ll read any genre, but usually if thereโ€™s romance involved Iโ€™m there! I love getting recommendations to add to my ever growing TBR list, and would love to find a book club to meet likeminded people and chat all things books.

It's my debut novel. It's a romcom about the joys of modern dating. The main character, Lily, is 29 and is an adventurous and sporty woman. The book is light-hearted, easy to read, fast-paced and a little bit spicy.
