My name is Jayne, I have always loved reading from a young age, I like the idea of reading books that other people find interesting and recommend, when I read the back of a book to get the idea of the story it has to grab my attention if it doesn’t I don’t read it but I have been told persevere and see what happens, I am interested to know what other readers think and talking about a book with other people interests me me as well.

I am 69 yrs, recently moved back to Kent, I have always loved reading, go through stages of reading for a period of time, then stop, then pick up again, I am finding recently I pick books that sound interesting but once I start reading they aren’t so much anymore, I have also picked books that are ‘easy reading’ but I think my tastes is changing, I would like to know from other readers books they find interesting and can recommend, I am open to giving any type of book a try!

Hi! I’m 41 and started getting into age of sigmar earlier in the year. I play slaves to darkness and have two friends who play Stormcast and runelords. We are all beginners and looking for more people to play with and fight against some other armies. We are very friendly and all have wives, kids and full time jobs so we understand how hard it can be to set up games etc. Looking to just get a casual group playing regularly, who knows it may even turn into tournaments etc at some point. For now, just fun though. We are still learning the rules and aren’t the elitist type who expect everyone to know everything and complete turns lightning quick. Mid 20's Male, I'm generally free afternoons on weekends! I'm looking for a group to play some Call of Cthulhu with! But I'm open to trying other systems, I've played some D&D 5e and I've played a tiny bit of Mörkborg, I'm not too mad on the rules, rule of cool comes first! I try to play my characters as I think they would be but I'm pretty unproven in roleplaying, especially amongst people I'm unfamiliar with 🤣 Would love to learn to DM / run some one shots, ideally the entire group would be open to trying to learn to DM so no one is the dreaded "forever DM"

Completly new to D&D and most TTRPG, never played a game of D&D but it's always intersted me. I'm easy going, quick learner, free weekday evenings. Love horror films, anime, fantasy etc. Basically I'm mid 30's, married, no friends outside of work and single player PC games just isn't cutting it for me. I wanna find new friends who I can be myself with and have a good time.

I have loved reading from a young age. I go through phases of devouring a book and then having a break before getting called back to a good read. I'm constantly distracted by pretty book covers so I don't dare wonder into Waterstones anymore. I also like finding a hidden treasure in a Charity shop. I currently read on Libby, a physical copy or I listen to audiobooks. Would love to join a Romantasy focused book group as that is what I read most of these days.
