Seeking a book club

I’m a 43 year old nurse, mum of two young girls and moved to Worcester 2 years ago after living my first 41 years in London and the surrounds. Book clubs seem like a fun way to meet people and submerge myself in the world of my new husband who is a writer and avid reader!

I am 52 years old (just!) Friendly female who reads just about any fictional book. Favourite author is James Patterson, but like John Grisham, Karin Slaughter, Jeffrey Archer, MC Newton any crime psychological books. Also the odd romantic love story. Anything to lose myself in!

I just fell in love with this book. It has long been one of my favourites. The detail of the landscape, the characters; I cried (grieving the end) when I finished it and plan to re-read soon!

Sebastian (Evesham)

Seeking a book club

Hello, I'm 28, I have always liked reading, I like all sorts of genres, but recently I feel like I have only been reading for work more than anything, which takes a bit of fun out of it, it would be nice to explore books I would probably not pick up otherwise and share opinions on them.

Hi, I like to read a range of literature. Sharp, witty narratives, those exploring the complexities of human emotion and some twisty turny crime.

It is such a beautiful journey into the real, raw intensity of family life, human experience and aging with one eye on the rear view mirror. I adored it and bought copies for so many friends.
