KarlAtVANEL (Cleethorpes)

Seeking a book club

I work for VANEL (a Cleethorpes based Charity). We run lots of community and neighbourhood projects and I'm out and about connecting with social groups across North East Lincs. I'm a National Year of Reading Champion and I'm trying to connect to local book clubs across our area. I'm of course very interested in the fun and power of reading myself too.

John (Grimsby)

Seeking a book club

Retired,in my mid 70s I would like to get back to reading regularly and to discuss books with a group. Reading books that I haven’t chosen myself would hopefully expand my interest. Recent books I’ve read include The Housemaid and Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros.

Emilyjane94 (Grimsby)

Seeking a book club

I love reading thrillers and occasional romance, managed to hit my reading target of 1 book a month last year and hoping to do the same (or more) this year! Wanting to branch out of my comfort zone and find new genre’s/recommendations and some people to share that with, ideally a group where we could meet locally in coffee shops etc

Helen w (Barton-upon-Humber)

Seeking a book club

I just love reading but find it’s not a very social hobby. Joining a book group will help change that! I also would like to be introduced to a broader range of books rather than the usual ones that I choose for myself.
