Scoot (Morpeth)
Seeking a book club
I’m female, happily married with children. I’m looking for a LGBT friendly book group who meet regularly. My children are less needy so I’m wanting to expand my social circle and get into reading again. I enjoy crime novels, mystery, drama and non fiction.

Countrywoman (Morpeth)
Seeking a book club
I like the quiet peaceful way of life...I live in and love the countryside. I'm open to most genres of books although I do have some firm favourites....new and old. I also listen to a lot of audio books now (sorry....) when I can't actually sit down in my favourite chair with an open book in my hands. Always looking for recommendations....

Annelise (Morpeth)
Seeking a book club
I’m retired, 72 years old, and although I have lots of interests and hobbies I love reading, and fancy meeting up with other likeminded people in a relaxed atmosphere, could be a public space or at each ohers’ houses. I like psychological thrillers, personal experiences of injustice, poverty etc, some lighthearted romantic fiction if it’s well written, but am open minded to other genres, not so keen on sci fi. I was a member of a book club when I lived in France, we met up at each others’ houses over a meal and discussed the books afterwards. Is there anything like that in my area, I wonder?
