I love how dark and ominous this book is! It was a tad slow to start off with but as soon as it kicks in you don’t want to put the book down. Love the Irish folklore elements too

While this book definitely isn’t for the faint hearted and is at time super gross, I absolutely loved it! The children and parents all have their own developed personalities which makes it really easy to differentiate between them all (and it makes it easy for you to decide which characters you like and which you don’t). It’s definitely a shocking book at times but I appreciate it!

The characters are all likeable which makes you that little bit more invested in them and the plot. It’s got moments or eeriness and dread and also has plenty of bold horror elements too!

I loved The Shining but for me Doctor Sleep beats it by far! While it’s not exactly scary, there are some nasty scenes that really show you how evil some of the characters are. I also really love that we get to see how Danny grew up and how he moved on after the Overlook hotel.

I love the way each character develops and how the past meets the present day in the story and how each character adds to the magic of coming together to form an interesting plot.

I loved this book so much. I loved all the characters and I think it is a great book for someone who lost a loved one in life. It made me cry and felt really emotional.

The story, the lives of the sisters the ending it’s just beautifully written and it broke my heart.

This whole Boys of Tommen series has took over my head. Regardless of it being set in a school it doesn’t feel that way. I love Gibsie and Shannon and how they have overcome all they have been through such a good read!!
