Greg (Newton Abbot)

Seeking a gaming group

I played a lot of board games, DnD, Warhammer 40k etc as a teenager and am a big LoTR fan, among other things. I'm 28 and moved to Devon for work just before covid and fancy getting back into gaming for some good times and laughs.

JoshPM (Teignmouth)

Seeking a gaming group

Played 5E on and off throughout the years. Looking to get into a group where we develop a semi-serious plotline (sucker for the lore of worlds like the Elder Scrolls/ASOIAF/Star Wars EU aka Legends), but chill out and have a laugh as well. I'm 23 and a lifelong sci-fi/fantasy geek. Grew up on a steady diet of Star Wars and Star Trek, I had an early initiation into sci-fi horror with Alien and The Thing. Still wondering when George will be done with The Winds of Winter, and currently delving into the Apple TV+ catalogue. Silo and For All Mankind are immaculate series if you need something to watch.

East London Dungeons & Dragons group (Bamstaple)

Gaming group

193 membersPork 77 membersBeef12 membersOrganizersAt O'Neill's in Leytonstone, we have an industrial air conditioning system to help keep us comfortable 💁‍♂️😮🤗 as we focus on playing Dungeons & Dragons and other RPGs 🤗 Players don't need to bring anything, but it's recommended they bring paper, pencils and dice (or the D&DBeyond app). Those who are able to bring more gear (e.g. RPG miniatures, etc.) will win friends and influence people 🤗 If you are a DM, or want to try being a DM, please message me (Matt). I'm sure everyone will have a ton of fun just playing, but the DM also has a great time leading the game 😉 There may be more rules made clear for future events, but for now just remember to be nice to others and don't bring food/drink from outside (buying drinks and food is how we pay for the venue). We hope to have larger attendance going forward, and the venue is certainly large enough to accommodate weddings, so there’s plenty of space to work with!
