Seeking a book club

Hey, I’m 19 and into romance and dystopian books. I also love books that are soul crushingly sad I question my sanity. My reading habits are all over the place—I’ll either binge a whole book in a day or forget about it for weeks. I’m introverted but have a lot to say once I’m comfortable, especially if it’s about something I’m into. When I really enjoy a book, I get completely caught up in it and make it my entire personality. I’m here to find people who get that and want to talk about the stuff we’re all obsessed with.

Seeking a book club

Hi I’m Willow and I’m 22. Recently rediscovered my love of reading and would love to potentially join a book club and meet people who also love reading! I read most genres but recently it’s been romance, thriller, and a tiny bit of fantasy and contemporary fiction. Am based in Luton but am willing to travel a little bit.

This was my first dive into Sci-Fi, and I absolutely loved it! The author creates such a great atmosphere, and introduces some really interesting characters and plots. Go into this book blind as I did!

I loved how this had both a really intriguing plot, but also an examination of what the human experience is to live and love. I never knew where this book was going next. It's a short novel yet full of so much.

Hi there, I've been looking into getting into DnD for a while, I own a few 5e books and have read the phb cover to cover so I think I have a decent understanding of the rules. I would love to join a group and have a few character ideas so am happy to play wherever class gels well with the table.

Looking to make new friends with similar interests! My favourite genre is poetry, but I have delved in other genres over the years so will give anything a read so long as it seems promising. I’ve been writing and reading since I was in primary so it’s all a very deep passion of mine :)

I enjoy reading all types of fictional books and have fond memories of doing so growing up. I am trying to get back into reading regularly so I wanted to join a book club to get recommendations from other bookworms and share our thoughts and opinions on the books.

Basically a beginner, only played bg3 so I’m familiar with very basic elements. Keen to be a player in any adventure. Bard and Monk are my favourite but I’ll play anything really.

I like discussing the book and hearing other interpretations. It’s great hearing how different people respond to the prose and the meaning they attach to the metaphor. It’s also great to get real recommendations.

Great imagery and metaphor. An amazing depiction of folk lore and it’s origins in human nature. I loved it.

The pursuit of wisdom gives meaning to one's life. I love reading books. Reading ignites ideas in one's mind. It gives you the vision, and intellect, to understand and change the world. I would love to get in touch with book-loving pursuers of wisdom to exchange thoughts and ideas with. I am interested in all types of books. However, I prefer, and love, philosophy, history, sociology, marxism, anthropology, law, existentialism, etc.
