So i am looking to find a group to play D&D with, i had a group last year but i dont think we will be picking it back up, ive been binge watching Critical Role C3 and im getting the itch to get back to a different reality. I have a level 12 character ready to go, or im happy to make a new one. I live in Rothwell, Leeds. Happy tp travel into leeds to play or play online over video call.

Seeking a book club
Hi! I’m a mum of one 9 year old girl and work full time. I got back into reading a couple of years ago and absolutely love it. Sadly I don’t have any real life friends who are also readers so nobody to discuss books with or buddy read with and I’d love to find a community of other book lovers. My preferred genres are romance (dark, romantasy, cowboys etc), fantasy (beginner level; think ACOTAR and Throne of Glass!), and thrillers. I’ll give most recommendations a go and have found some great sci-fi/horrors that I would never have read if it wasn’t for somebody else recommending!

I have been playing dnd 5E pretty consistently since 2017 mostly playing in epic fantasy style longer campaigns. I've also really enjoyed pbta games like monsterhearts and glitter hearts. Id love to dabble in some new systems, preferably ones that centre rp a bit more than combat (but i still like combat every other session or so) I love playing characters who are deeply intertwined with the worlds/settings. I'd love to play any epic fantasy style dnd5e campaigns either new or ongoing with a focus on rp.

The truth is I have always wanted to play DnD or a similar rpg; I first saw it played back in primary school between some teachers and have always had the bug but not necessarily the time or family. Hey, I'm 26 and looking to get more social and make new friends. I love reading and have spent many nights promising myself "one more chapter" but it's never just one more. I usually gravitate to fantasy books about female heroins, ragtag groups, magic, dragons a touch of romance and a good old revolution. I also enjoy learning and bettering myself, I like a "self-help" book from time to time. I would like to read more books on psychology, politics, nature, woodcraft, music and classics.
