Book clubs in Glasgow

This one really got me! A really interesting concept about a man with a mental disability undergoing a surgery to improve his intelligence. It was one of the first books that stayed with me for a long time afterwards and made me question my own character.

A great crime and first in the series of Rizzioli & Isles novels that got me really hooked into the books. Loved it.

The writers style is almost cinematic in its descriptions, & scene setting. It is also a great take on a well known story

The author was exiled because the book was apparently too gay

This book is as dense and wild as the deep Central African jungle it was born from. Sanity has been left behind and replaced by pure poetry.
